This Sponsorship Policy outlines the terms and conditions for businesses, organisations, or individuals (“Sponsors”) who engage in sponsorship agreements with Hard Network Connections Ltd (“HNC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By entering into a sponsorship arrangement with HNC, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility & Approval

HNC accepts sponsorships from organisations aligned with our mission: promoting business growth, professional development, and community collaboration.

We reserve the right to decline or remove sponsorship from any entity that, in our view, conflicts with our values or public reputation.

Sponsorships are reviewed and approved by HNC management prior to activation.
2. Sponsorship Tiers & Benefits
Sponsors may choose from tiered packages (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold), with specific visibility and deliverables outlined in the sponsorship agreement or pack. These may include:

Logo placement on event materials, website, or digital content

Social media shoutouts or feature posts

Verbal recognition at live events or webinars

Co-hosting or speaking opportunities (Gold tier or higher)

Blog or newsletter features
All benefits are subject to availability, scheduling, and HNC’s editorial discretion.
3. Payment Terms

Sponsorship fees must be paid in full before sponsorship benefits are activated.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or other agreed methods.

No benefits will be delivered until payment is received.

Sponsorships are non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Brand & Content Use

Sponsors must provide logo files, links, and any other materials in a timely manner and in agreed formats.

HNC reserves the right to review and approve all sponsor-submitted content.

Use of HNC’s name, logo, or materials by the sponsor must be pre-approved in writing.

Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of the sponsor’s products, services, or opinions.
5. Event Participation & Timing

Sponsors are responsible for coordinating any agreed appearances, co-branded content, or speaking opportunities within reasonable deadlines.

HNC may modify event formats or timing at its discretion, and will inform sponsors of changes as early as possible.

If a planned event is rescheduled or cancelled, HNC will offer alternative exposure or deferred sponsorship where possible.
6. Termination

HNC reserves the right to terminate sponsorships at any time for violation of this policy, breach of agreement, or reputational conflict.

In such cases, unused portions of sponsorship fees may be refunded at HNC’s discretion, minus any delivered value.
7. Liability & Disclaimer

HNC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to sponsorship.

Sponsorship does not constitute an employment, partnership, or legal joint venture.

All sponsorships are subject to applicable UK laws and advertising standards.
